Very Flaky and VERY expensive.
Does not work consistently and it disconnects often. Also, even if you are a paying customer, when you host a meeting, in order for your attendees to connect, BYS installs on THEIR machines complete with icons and an advertisement for a free trial. So basically you have to pay BYS money so that they can solicit your colleagues and clients. And it is a lot of money.Minimum contract term is 1 year. The $30 price listed is PER MONTH making this software VERY expensive and they have an onerous Service Agreement as well. You have to pre-pay for an entire year and if you decide you do not want to use this product anymore you have to notify them in WRITING (You cannot cancel your account online, or via their webconsole, it HAS to be in writing). And you MUST do so more than 30 days before your subscription renews or else they will charge you for another entire year even if you told them you want to cancel. Pros:

Very Expensive and Customer Service is nonexistent.
This worked very inconsistently; constant disconnects and software would just crash and disappear from system tray. Technical Support is unresponsive and when I tried to cancel my subscription I received a series of condescending emails from Customer Service trying to force me to pay for yet another year. You cannot cancel your account online or through your web-based account. You have to do it on writing or else they just keep charging your credit card. Took months to get them to stop. I guess this is how they do business in Germany?

Worst Web-based support tool I've tried.
This program is clumsy, unstable & expensive compared to others out there (Crossloop, Zoho et al.)I tried this for a year and almost 40% of the time I got disconnected from the host PC and had to restart the session or I at least lost control of mouse and keyboard. That means the person onthe other end needs to keep restarting session too and has to repeatedly go through the process of allowing me access. Made me look far from professional. I wound up switching to another web based product which works much, much better. Save yourself the trouble: you can do better for a lot less $$.
